Zia is dedicated and committed to providing cost-effective and responsive planning,
technical engineering and environmental consulting solutions to a variety of natural
resource challenges.
Zia's founder, Mr. Edward Martinez, P.E., started the firm after working in senior
technical and managerial roles for other national and regional engineering consulting
firms throughout the Western United States. There are no predecessor firms to Zia
nor does Zia currently have any subsidiary firms. Zia is a privately held limited
liability corporation established March 24, 2000 in the State of New Mexico.
